1.AUTOMOTIVE, MOTORCYCLE & CLEANROOM FILTER PAPER

Introduction: Full Union collaborates with Ahlstrom and Amusen to distribute large volumes of industrial-grade filter media. The base material is primarily cellulose impregnated with either acrylic or phenolic resins, depending on the specific application, providing enhanced durability and performance under various operating conditions. Additionally, we offer filter media made from glass fiber, PE, and PP for specialized filtration needs.

Applications: Air filters, oil filters, fuel filters, compressed air filters, cabin filters, cleanroom filters, HEPA filters, and more.

Origin: China
Specifications: Customized dimensions, color, and basis weight available upon customer request.

2.TEA & COFFEE FILTER MATERIALS

Introduction: Full Union collaborates with Amusen, Tianfang, and OHKI to supply high-quality materials such as HS/NHS filter paper, PET/PLA nonwoven fabrics, PET/PLA mesh, thread, dripbags, and Chaput components. Our materials are trusted by customers and certified by SGS, ISO, Halal, No Microplastics Certified, Product Self-Declaration and more.

3.PU / PVC ADHESIVES

(1)Two-Component Polyurethane (PU) Adhesive

Introduction: Full Union serves as the exclusive distributor for Union Chemical’s two-component PU adhesive, specifically engineered for potting applications in polyurethane (PU) filter end caps. Additionally, a variant is available for direct metal bonding without the need for thermal curing, suitable for a range of industrial bonding scenarios.
Applications: Encapsulation of PU end caps in automotive air and oil filters, Structural bonding between filter media and metallic components

(2)PVC Plastisol Adhesive

Introduction: Full Union is the exclusive distributor for A-JIN’s PVC Plastisol adhesive, designed for automotive filter manufacturing. The material cures via thermal processing and provides excellent adhesion to metal and nonwoven filter media.
Applications: Thermal curing applications in the fabrication of air and oil filters for automotive use, Gasketing and sealing in metal-to-media bonding processes.
